2. Select a crypto from the list to generate a bitcoin wallet address to transfer funds from your crypto wallet.
3. Transfer funds from your wallet to the address indicated. In return, you will receive a special barcode to scan at the bitmachine.
4. Before you can collect the cash at the bitmachine, it must be validated in the blockchain. You can check if the order is already ready to be processed on the Check Transaction Status page. This usually takes a few seconds, but some networks take up to 40 minutes.
5. The transaction is ready? Great, it's time for the next step. Go to any bitomat and scan the barcode. The bitomat will withdraw cash.

You can also make a sale by skipping the website, that is, directly at the bitomat. The printout shows two codes: the top QR Code and the bottom Barcode.

The first one - QR code - is a code that is used to deposit cryptocurrency at an address in order to use the withdrawal in local currency at a bitcoin ATM. It can also appear during sales on the site or on the screen of the bitcoin ATM. This is our address - the operator. You scan it with your phone to transfer funds to it and receive a barcode.

The second - Barcode - is used to withdraw funds in national currency. When you apply it to the scanner at the top of the device, it will start the cash withdrawal process.

1. Find the nearest BitcinGuru bitmachine on the Bitmachines page on the map.
2. Place cash in the device.
3. Scan the QR code of your any crypto wallet or enter the address.
4. Confirm the transaction on the screen after checking that everything checks out.
5. Receive a printout with the transaction confirmation and check the updated amount of cryptocurrencies in your cryptocurrency wallet. Done!

There are several ways:

1. Adding to your next withdrawal: If you send bitcoin to the same address or have several transaction codes with unpaid funds, the amount will be added to your next withdrawal. We will add up the amounts and add them to one code, allowing you to withdraw at any BitcoinGuru ATM.

2. Refund the amount: There is also the possibility of a refund, but amounts under about 20 RON are only refunded for certain cryptocurrencies. In most cases, the universal transaction fee for miners is several times more than 20 RON, making it uneconomical for you and us to return in this way. Therefore, this way is usually a last resort.

3. QR for a specific payout in RON: You can also choose the "QR for a specific payout in RON" option. Enter the value in RON for the withdrawal and generate a QR. The wallet will adjust the amount of bitcoin so that youot receive exactly the amount you declared. This way you avoid leaving "stubs" on the transaction codes.
